About IQAC
        Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC)   in the college plays a vital role in planning, guiding and monitoring quality assurance and quality enhancement activities in the institution. IQAC also channelize and systemize the efforts and measures of the institution towards sustenance in academic excellence. The prime task of IQAC  is to develop a system for conscious, constant and catalytic improvement in theoverall performance and development of the institution as a center of academic excellence.
Functions of  IQAC
1. Development and applications of quality benchmarks and parameters for various academic and administrative activities of the institution.
2. Collection and analysis of feed back from all stake holders on quality related  institutional process.
3. Dissemination of information on various quality parameters to all stakeholders.
4. Organization of inter and intra institutional workshops, seminars on quality related themes.
5. Documentation of various programmes and activities leading to quality improvement.
6. Maintenance of institutional database and periodical conduct of academic and administrative audit.
7. Preparations of action plan of the institutions and monitoring its implementation.
8. Preparation and submission of the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) as per the guide lines and parameters of NAAC

The institution was started in the rural and backward area of Rajampeta in the year 1980 with the moral support of her husband Sri K.Mara Reddy garu. Established in 1980, the College is moving ahead with times and made significant contribution in promoting the cause of education in the backward district of Rayalaseema.


To promote regional hormone and to provide holistic education to the poor meritorious students of the three regions of Andhra Pradesh through quality curricular programmes resulting in students empowerment and to develop the institution to a position of National importance.
